Chicken curry is common to several countries including India, countries in Asia and the Caribbean .My favorite of them though is this aromatic Indian Chicken Curry, I’m always just craving these flavors.

Steps

1
Done

Trim the excess fat from the chicken and put the pieces in a bowl.

2
Done

Place a medium nonstick saucepan over medium heat and add the oil. When it boils and small bubbles appear at the bottom of the pan, add the cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom, and sauté for 1 minute. When the spices are fragrant, add the onions and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes or until color turns into golden brown. Add the ginger/garlic paste, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

3
Done

Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin, and chile powder. Stir well.

4
Done

Add the tomatoes and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Cook for 7 to 8 minutes or until the oil appears on the top.

5
Done

Add the chicken and salt, and stir. Increase the heat to high and sauté until the chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce.
Add 1½ cups (300 ml) water and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.

6
Done

Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the garam masala and the cilantro.

Serve hot with basmati rice or naan bread

I love to put my heart into every meal, as I know it makes the dining experience just that much better for the customer. I desire to grow in my career or even an opportunity to make a difference in this interesting website. To handle and stay calm despite an overwhelming number or variety of orders. I like watching TV ,studying books and taking courses. Good chefs are always improving their skills. Let the manager know how you’re becoming a better cook!
