Adjust Servings:
1 tbsp Butter ghee
1 tbsp Olive oil
3-4 nos Whole garlic cloves
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1 chef spoon Finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp Butter ghee
1 chef spoon Tomato Puree
200g Chicken 1 portion
1/2 tsp Curry mix powder
1/2 tsp Red chilies powder
3-4nos Green chilies Sliced
1/4tsp Masala base Optional
4-5 chef spoon Gravy
1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
Handful Corriander
1 tbsp Single cream Optional

Add ghee and oil to a nonstick pan

Fry the whole garlic cloves with the oil and ghee

Remove the whole garlic from the pan when it’s bit brownish

Now on the same oil add chopped garlic

After the chopped garlic has turned brown add chopped onion

When the onion has bit soften Add tomato puree

Let it cook for 30 seconds on medium heat

Add mixed curry powder

Also the Chilli powder

Then add the fresh green chilies

Add the chicken

After you added the chicken add some Masala base or mango chutney but it’s (optional).you can skip it
