Add ghee and oil to a nonstick pan |

Fry the whole garlic cloves with the oil and ghee |

Remove the whole garlic from the pan when it’s bit brownish |

Now on the same oil add chopped garlic |

After the chopped garlic has turned brown add chopped onion |

When the onion has bit soften Add tomato puree |

Let it cook for 30 seconds on medium heat |

Add mixed curry powder |

Then add the fresh green chilies |

After you added the chicken add some Masala base or mango chutney but it’s (optional).you can skip it |
