2 small Radishes
1 Jalapeño pepper
1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Peel and finely dice the red onion.

Peel the carrot and slice using a vegetable peeler. Then, thinly slice the radishes with a sharp knife ..

If using, seed and dice the jalapeño. To reduce the heat, remove the veins as well as the seeds before dicing.

Place all the cut vegetables into a large bowl and toss with the cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Season with the ground cumin, if using.
