Steps

1
Done

Marinade/Marinate:
-Thaw the chicken at least an hour before baking.
-Cut deep slashes on the chicken legs and thighs with a knife.
-In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients, yogurt, ginger, garlic, spices, lemon juice, salt, pepper, fenugreek, and oil.
-Coat the chicken pieces with the yogurt marinade for an hour on the countertop or overnight in the fridge.

2
Done

Preheat your oven to 220°C at least 20 minutes.

3
Done

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray the aluminum foil and rack with oil spray so the chicken won't stick. Alternatively, you can use a roasting rack.

4
Done

Arrange chicken pieces on the wire rack smooth side down. Bake for 20-30 minutes on one side, turn the chicken and bake another 20 -30 minutes on the other side until browned on all sides.

I love to put my heart into every meal, as I know it makes the dining experience just that much better for the customer. I desire to grow in my career or even an opportunity to make a difference in this interesting website. To handle and stay calm despite an overwhelming number or variety of orders. I like watching TV ,studying books and taking courses. Good chefs are always improving their skills. Let the manager know how you’re becoming a better cook!
