6-7 Fresh Mint leaves

Combine, water, sugar, lemon juice, salt, masala and 3 mint leaves in a pitcher and mix till sugar dissolves. |

Strain the shikanji in a separate pitcher and let it rest for a while. |

Add handful of ice in a serving glass . Pour in the shikanji in the glass and add some fresh mint on top. |

Decorate with some lemon wedges and serve chilled. |
