1 large Ripe mango(1 Cup of mango pulp)

1 Tbsp Sugar(adjust per taste)

large pinch Cardamom powder

Wash and peel the skin of the mango. Dice up the mango pulp and freeze it for about a hour. |

Add the frozen mangoes, yoghurt, sugar and cardamom powder to a blender and blend until smooth. |

Garnish with cardamom powder, mint leaves and Serve chilled. |
