- Whole Trout fish ( clean and make fillet )
- 3 tsp red chili powder ( divided )
- 2 tsp Garlic powder ( divided )
- 2 tsp Black Pepper powder ( divided )
- 1 Lime juice
- 2 tsp salt ( divided )
- Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 Whole Trout fish ( clean and make fillet )
- Now sprinkle on fish, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Mix well both sides.
- In a pan add oil for shallow frying, once the oil hot add one by one fish fillets.
- Each side cook just 6 to 7 min, then flip another side fry 6 to 7 min
- Now fish fry crispy golden color, it ready to serve with lemon wedges. Yummy!
