Wish I could say the same thing but I am still missing that elusive 5%. Picture in the OP looks great.  :)

As Jerry says, definitely get a recipe up, along with details of the base and spice mix you used.

chewys base as a big influence on mine, it did defo help me to get to mine. My Madras as come from watching them cook it at the TA and trying to replicate it for the wife, she is the one that said " that's it you have got it " first time in 2 years of trying.

am really chuffed. i must admit that 17 min video was a real slog (yet much loved).

it's the red color that attracted me.
