I'd be very happy with that hob ... it looks far superior than mine but in my defence I'd not discovered cr0 when I did my kitchen .. things would be very different now !!   :)

Cheers.
I  done a lot of researching and checking websites for reviews then decided on the above appliances.
I then written down how i cook my curries from start to finish, making 3-4 different bases at one time, then that's how we came up with the design of the kitchen. Minimalistic no clutter, it will all be placed in the relevant drawers.
Got quite a lot of space in the kitchen so all should work out fine, i hope.

Here we go after some considerable headaches, arguments and research this what we came up, main design of the kitchen is to make cooking my curries easier.

Hob
Electrolux 6 Burner Stainless Steel

Oven
Electrolux Double Oven Black

Cooker Hood
Britannia Hood Stainless Steel

Oven housing to the left is a pull-out larder to store all my spices.

Under the hob is a two pan drawer with a hidden cutlery draw and by the fridge another two pan drawer.

The cupboard to the far left of the hob will have a Le Mans Corner Unit Storage.

The colour of kitchen units are Boston White and Black.

The door to the left of the oven housing is like an under the stairs larder with shelves to store tinned stuff etc.
The other door the left of that leads into my darts room and social gatherings.

Great Choice of tiles UF, exactly what I have in my kitchen!! :)

Hi UF
You seem to be a prolific curry cook and by the amount you cook, I think you should include a spice deck under your planned cooker hood.
A small spice deck, really will improve the rhythm of your cooking, especially at the Tarka stage of dishes.

Back in the Nineties I designed my curry kitchen, but i went with made to measure Stainless Steel.
Bench Grade Stainless worktops, with an 8inch splashback built in. So I have a 16 foot worktop area,
which I can clean down in a couple of minutes and to be honest it looks as good now as it did when it was fitted.

cheers Chewy

Thought about stainless steel worktops but i have just over 22 ft of worktop and didn't really want it to look too much like a working kitchen plus the cost as well, if you know what i mean, it is our domestic kitchen as well.
Going to use 30cm high black sparkle tiles to go the whole length of the worktops with a black trim at the bottom of the tiles, so it's easier for me to clean and then a chrome trim on top of the tiles to break up the darkness of the tiles, hope that makes that sense.

Any pictures of the spice deck thing CT.
