Cheers guys with the Chicken 65 it was frozen then defrosted and reheated in the oven, man was it hot, so i can make it and freeze it.
The Rice was just a fluke really got a few mushrooms left so fried in a little oil then added finely sliced the mangetout and frozen peas, waited until the mushrooms released their own moisture then added cold cooked rice, with a half a teaspoon of cumin seeds added and stir fried.
The carrot salad is just grated carrot and finely chopped cucumber with mayo and sweet chilli mayo and about half teaspoon of mint sauce.

I made this to try Farmfoods frozen diced chicken, wont bother again even with the spice and flavours in the curries the chicken was very bland.
