Just had this again  CA's chicken ceylon - the second day it is absolutely awesome!!

I had a portion refrigerated from yesterday - microwaved - with some rice - all the flavours infused together - what a fantastic dish

Everyone should try this - even if you don't have quite a sweet tooth (less sugar for some)

Brilliant looking curry Rich!  I love the "velvety" appearance of the sauce covering the chicken...brilliant stuff!  Thanks for trying the recipe and reporting back with your awesome photos!  8)
