Thought i would just post a couple of pictures of lag of lamb which was marinated using Blades tikka recipe

Heres is another
Followed recipe to the letter (omitting food colouring) then added 3 TBSP of yoghurt and 1 TSP chilli (added chilli powder to the yoghurt) then mixed it into the marinade, left it marinading for at least 24 hours, placed in the middle of the oven on gas mark 6 for around 1 hour turning half way through, then turned heat down to gas mark 4 and left cooking for around 3 hours turning when needed (once a crust has formed then turn meat over).
Geat taste and just the right amount of spice.
