Hi Razor, Great minds think alike!!

I do love yogurt, but it needs to be a thick Greek yogurt and for breakfast with honey is untouchable in my opinion, but in curries??? it's ok for traditional home style curries but not so much for BIR...
I have read the reviews on your Rogan Josh and will be trying that next when I go and get some more lamb as I love Lamb Rogan Josh!!

My only problem with lamb is that I can never get it just right.... If I cook it in a pan it seems to dry up and I don't get it to the point where it just falls apart, but if I use the slow cooker, the lamb is perfect but it just loses that BIR touch in the process

Any ideas mate please?
Also, what cut of Lamb would you use? I normally use leg. Maybe I cut the chunks too small and they could do with being the same size as Chicken Tikka Chunks, i.e. 2x2?
