NO FUSS Onion Bhaji's with pictures

Preparation:
10 mins
45 mins standing
15 mins frying
10 mins re-fry /oven cook/ microwave (not each bhaji all)
Ingredients: Makes about 9/10 nice size Bhaji

Hi Overtheatlantic,
Mixed powder AKA spice blend, spice mix, curry masala, is a masala, usually made up with ground spices such as: coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, curry powder and so on, there are many to choose from here

Wow!!! I've only just joined and instantly there are answers and really good useful hints.
We've moved to Toronto (not my idea) and the food here is really really appalling. Nobody has any idea what is what. Last weekend they had the Asian festival and we were quite excited that at long last (2 years) we may find something good. What a disappointment.
Your site is about the most informative I've seen so far. Keep up the good work.
