Jamie, the IG don't peel the spuds. It did surprise me at first, but in the grand scheme of things, the peel is not going to make any difference. The break down recipe should make about 6 to 7 bhaji if made to the right size. Or rather 6 good sized and one runt of the litter that is usually the chefs spoils.
