Salt and Peper Chicken Wings.

Fancied a change tonight guys..
This is Khoan Vongs method and a very good method at that.. Can't distinguish between these and my Chinese! Apart from (IMO) mine are better... ;D

I think that that is probably what my wife had for dinner this evening; she told me that when she had finished, the pile of wing-bones surrounding her bowl looked like a scene from a horror film ... !

Thanks Phil, Edwin. Yes I am also a big fan of Khoan's cooking and recipies. I purchaced his first ebook when he released it and studied this and  his videos in depth  ??? It was ashame when he pulled all his most popular vids off YouTube. But I belive he has now uploaded again...
He is quite approachable and very open about his cooking.
