My first BIR cooking!
« on: December 05, 2015, 07:17 PM »
Just downed forks after enjoying the results of my first BIR cooking!

On the menu was 976bar's Lamb Bhuna, CurryHell's mushroom bhaji and CA's pilau rice!

Fair to say the meal was a great success! Really enjoyed the cooking (and especially the eating!) and can't wait to get back in the kitchen!

Great looking spread, Bristol. Glad it all worked out.

If that's your first attempt at BIR, there are great things ahead. You obviously are an experienced cook though :)

Thanks for the photos and keep 'em coming.

LOL,  cracking job BRISTOL.   I wish my first attempt looked like that  :-\  Brilliant job mate.  Blinding start to your journey.  Fortunately I didn't give up and eventually found this site, and i've never looked back.  Thanks are due to many of the contributors, past and present  :)  They have made this site what it is - the authority on BIR cooking.  But that doesn't stop us continuing to improve things even further.  Keep up the great work and keep us posted.  It's great to hear of successes.  Give yourself a big pat on the back.  No more takeaways for you then  ;D
My first attempt was a 1000 times removed from what you've just produced  :o
