Spare ribs, chicken satay skewars and mini bbq pork kebabs.

I get then from Wing Yip along with the satay sauce and bbq flavouring.
 That bag cost me ?3.50, and as you say, very meaty.

I've got 2 full belly racks in a freezer which need using so I may just do chinese with them now I've seen those.  :)
