Traditional Indian Night.
« on: May 30, 2015, 09:14 PM »
Traditional Tonight, my gosh I wish the forum could taste this food :D after a long day at work I fancied blowing off some steam.
First task open a cold larger, second was to cook a traditional Pakistani Pilau, this really came together with light delicate flavours.

Second task was to cook a traditional chicken breast Masala, starting with whole spice and finishing with a fragrant garam masala. The dish is rich in oil and depth with Haldi and Kashmiri chilli powders and plenty of garlic all topped with fresh chillies and coriander.

Third task was to knock out two coriander and chilli Naan, light and delicate traditional style.

Please enjoy the curry porn, I did.

Thanks LouP, the curry is very rich, you can see I only took a small bowl and that was sufficient for all the rice and Naan along with chilli pickle.
The great news is a cooked a big pot of the Chicken Breast Masala.

Fantastic effort lc, not sure how this slipped by me first time round.
