Had a little play with my My Vindaloo last night.I used 3 dried superhots (half of each) instead of normal dried chilliesIn place of chilli paste I used LC's habanero chilli powder with garlicAnd in place of the vinegar I used tamarind.Worked a treat proper lip burning heaven, tasty as, and moreish as hell.The heat was a slow building one but once peaked was amazingly hot, but never burnt too much because of the slow build up you adjusted to the heat as you ate.Id give it a 9.5/10 Great looking dish Andy, I'm glad you enjoyed the habanero powder you should bump this image over to the front page?
