You might be right, but chillies being fresh and random, you never know what your going to get.
Have you ever had bitter chillies in your own cooking?
If so, just do a seed in / deseed comparison test.

1. Very strong and well processed Pickle, good on its own.
At first I found it was the key to my Adraki Chicken/Lamb dishes I created.
but I started using small amounts in other dishes with really good results.
Sometimes its difficult to get locally, but itadka do it online, cheaper than some shops.
