Seasoned oil
« on: November 29, 2014, 07:03 PM »
Hi there was just wondering if any of you had any tips on seasoned oil?
I've tried my friends used bhaji oil from his indian restaurant which works well but would really like to create my own without cooking a hundred bhajis.
Would love to hear how others create theirs
Thanks Tel.

I doubt if anyone has managed to find a shortcut and it probably remains the one aspect of BIR food production which is very hard to match at home. You'll probably have a good idea how much it affects the taste of a curry, if you've managed to get hold of genuine used bhaji oil.
