Traditional Sylheti / Simple Food

Chicken Curry, Boiled Rice and Naan Bread

A Curry Cut Spring Chicken (on the bone)
Cooked Bangladeshi staff curry style, medium/hot spiced with minced fresh green chilli
served with Plain Boiled White Basmati and Indian Salad.
Accompanied by a Tava Naan.

I'll have two portions please CT and a couple of naan as well    Naan looks BIR and curry looks like  a plain simple staff jobbie which i'm sure tasted fab, hightened by the plain basmati - mmmm
