I don't think it would  pass fire regs   :-\
Being mostly made of wood apart from the floor (polished concrete)
And it is a good metre away from the house  :o
How about a smoke alarm  ::)

That was the first thought that crossed my mind when I saw the photographs ...

How about starting again, using solely non-flammable materials, and situated as far from the house as your garden will allow ?!
