Now forgive my ignorance for asking, as this would honestly worry me to death, is it fireproofed inside in any way, and how far is it from your house?

I don't think it would  pass fire regs   :-\
Being mostly made of wood apart from the floor (polished concrete)
And it is a good metre away from the house  :o
How about a smoke alarm  ::)

How about starting again, using solely non-flammable materials, and situated as far from the house as your garden will allow ?!
