Char-grilled broccoli with toasted almonds, served over tandoori pollock.  The fish looks dry because it's over-cooked.  Still tasty though.

"Tandoori pollock" my @rse -- that's a slice of Indian fried bread or I'm a Dutchman   Since when did pollock come in nice regular square shapes, or have they started tinning that along with ham, tuna and salmon ?!

Frozen fish is another BIR secret Phil.  Earlier this year my local TA put Tandoori sea bass on the menu.  I asked the owner if they got the fish from Birmingham fish market.  No, he said, we got it from the Lidl on Dudley Road.
