Very tasty dish indeed and simple.
................and a bit less complicated.

not at all, but you need to have certain pre-prepped things in your fridge / freezer - CBM's tamarind sauce & CT's red masala sauce, which of course I have.
Just like all BIR dishes, once all the preps done, "simples" ;D
Must update my recipe, as i now use CBM's tamarind sauce as standard. The difference between that, Tamarina and Imli sauce being hardly discernable :

And CBM's sauce diluted makes a lovely dip for onion bhajis and samosa
