Do a Medium Chicken Curry (No Chilli Powder or just a touch)
Then do the same again but turn it into a Rhogan with a Tomato Top.

That's where kedgeree comes in. The breakfast dish of (Indian) champions!  ;D

Actually it's also a very nice mild rice dish if you have fish lovers at the table.
