Mild curry recipes needed!

That's where kedgeree comes in. Actually it's also a very nice mild rice dish if you have fish lovers at the table.

Wouldn't fish lovers be upset to find that they were eating flaked pieces of one of their favourite animals (smoked), mixed in with the rice, egg, parsley and spices ?

Mickdabass's ( i like the anissed and the heat), Chewy's (I like the mustard in this )  and Blade's ( i like the simplicity and taste) in no particular order. I am using Laziza pastes where i have that in lieu of Pataks or Pascoes

Having great success with Chewy's here, fully recommend adding the optional honey instead of sugar.
