That's just mental!
Its not as bad as you think ss, it was very tasty, yes it was hot but not in a burn your mouth way.
Ha ha garp lightweight

Recipe Naga Naga Curry-
1/2 chefspoon veg oil
1/2 chefspoon curry oil (chalice hot curry oil)
1 red onion finely sliced
1/2 Tb blended garlic
1 chefspoon blended toms
1 ts (hpd) Methi
1 Tb Tomato sauce
1 Tb blended finger and bullet chillis
1 Dried kashmiri chilli (rehydrated and finely chopped)
1 Dried Naga bhut jolokia chilli (rehydrated and finely chopped)
1 ts hot chilli flakes
1 ts (rounded) Naga bhut jolokia chilli powder
1 ts Hot chilli powder
1 ts Deggi mirch
1 ts Cayenne chilli powder
2 ts Naga masala seasoning powder (mix powder)
1/2 ts all purpose seasoning
1/2 lime
2 ts Mr naga pickle
1 ts Hell fire pepper jelly
400ml jb base gravy
coriander
Add the oils to pan and heat medium high
Add onions and stir fry to soften and lightly colour
Add garlic stir fry 1 minute
Add blended green chilli, rehydrated naga, kashmiri chillis , chilli flakes stir 30 seconds
Add tomato/tomato sauce stir 1 minute
Add methi stir
Add all the chilli powders and naga masala seasoning stir 30 seconds and then add a ladle of boiling water and stirfry, (you do need a mask at this point as the water hits the pan the smell is amazing)
Add chicken and stir until sauce has reduced
Add a ladle of base and reduce
Squeeze in lime juice and add lime pieces also
Add a ladle of base reduce again
Add remaining base and once high simmer for 5 minutes
Add naga pickle and chilli jam for I minute
Finish with coriander
I may have missed a few points as my notes are very sketchy to say the least
At the end of cooking I found the scotch bonnet behind an empty beer can, forgot to use it in the photo and the curry !!!
