Puris don't travel well.  Always thought for TA they should be wrapped in foil or something, and whatever goes on them separate, letting the customer sort it out. The main looks OK though, as does the naan.  Hope it was satisfactory Garp.  If not, get the pan out.

The main was very nice Rob. I don't see much wrong with a brown curry that tastes good.

No need to make them fluorescent red in my book :)

Agreed. Vivid colours in dishes, if needed, are straightforward with natural ingredients; spices etc.  However, have to say my latest tikka botti is looking mighty resplendent in KTC deep orange.
