 Week 2, time to make madras again with a few tweeks, hopefully it will be an improvement on last weeks successful attempt and be the one! Fingers crossed, I will post results later and pics this time

  1Tb - Green Pepper (finely chopped)
  1Tb - Onion (finely chopped)
   1ts - Hot Chilli Powder
   1ts - Deggi Mirch

Hi All,  just made this curry using CTs base very nice, great flavours the only thing was I did not have any Worcester sauce so I will try this next time as I will be making that again

 Hi Bri5tol, great effort, looks fantastic. Im glad you enjoyed it, the only thing I did differently was to bash the onion/pepper in a pestal/mortar first as I prefer a smoother curry.
I will be making this again tonight and am really excited to see if I cam improve on it.

I've only ever made Chewy's Madras, as I tried it and loved it, but will happily give this a go.
