Gobi Red Pepper Manchurian-ish
Having run out of main ingredients! What no meat!

and not even a stray prawn in the freezer.

Turned to Cauliflower and fresh Red Capsicum, which I steam blanched/par-cooked.
Cooked up my usual Bhuna style masala, then hit it up with the Manch flavours,
Black Pepper, Dark Soy, Maggie C&G, Tamarina, extra Sriracha and a few chopped curry leaves.
Finished with a drizzle of Bangladeshi Lemon
