Can anyone help with a recipe for Jaljushi or where I might find one?

Do you have any more you can add like
what's in it
texture
where from
what does it taste like

I have done some searching on the net and only came up with this

"For Madras lovers but with a difference"

When I've trawled the internet, the best I can find is a review that refers to it as being somewhere between a madras and a vindaloo, other than that it just shows menus with it listed.

What was in the dish that you tried.
Any details would help try to find out what you are looking for, hopefully.

Call the place and say you are undecided between a Madras and a jaijushi and ask them whether they can describe the differences between the two.
