Hi,
Just joined, and this looks like a great place to learn to cook great food.
I'm rapidly approaching 70, been a squaddy, copper and IT manager in my time. Have been an avid curry lover since I was knee high to the proverbial.
I've only just started cooking curries, my poor wife's kitchen is sure taking a beating, still, she does get time off now

I also like Japanese cuisine and have started out on Sushi, all fingers and thumbs, but what the heck, its all good fun.
