Party for 50
« on: May 27, 2013, 01:57 PM »
Had a 50th birthday party to cater for last Friday for one of my friends. Mostly veggies so had a chance to experiment a little more than usual, i have to say i didn't have time to take any pictures because i had to deliver the food in two journeys the first was mainly the veggie stuff then went back about 45 mins later with the rest of the food, when i got there they had nearly demolished the veggie stuff so didn't really want to take photos with people dishing their food out any way here is what i cooked.
Used 5 slow cookers and one three dish food warmer thing here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Buffet-Warmer-H ... ood+warmer

Tried to create a menu where all the dishes can be mixed with each other to make different dishes, well that was what i was aiming for any way.

Wow, catering for 50!  I can't even begin to imagine the work you've put into this.  Well done.  Surprised you are looking forward to the next one!
