Topic: Saturday night after the pub

Love a curry after a beer but hate having to potter around the kitchen getting it ready.  So all cooked, in the oven for a slow heat up ready for my arrival home.   Looking forward to my evening and moreso my return home 

Mushroom pilau, as there's a surpless of them in the fridge at the moment,



saag bhaji, just to make sure it wasn't a "one off" fluke when i cooked it correctly the other week,



and of course old faithful, the Elaichi North Indian Special.

The deep red of the North Indian Special along with the glistening of the silver container makes that look like a dish for a fit for a king... Not that you would find one eating from a foil takeaway though! But it still looks amazing.
