My missus has trashed nearly every non-stick pan that's been in this house until she bought a couple of Le Creuset frying pans and now she goes mental if a metal implement goes within 1 foot of them.

My missus would kill me and skin me alive if I used a metal chef's spoon on our non-stick pans!! Wooden spatula for me. I'm still debating in my head whether it's worth purchasing a aluminium kitchen king pan... Hmmm
