Tikka and Cheese what's not to like... Looks great.

Malai Tikka is one of my favourite BIR starters.

Although my take is quite different to yours, I agree, it is amazing how tender
and juicy, melt in the mouth the Chicken turns out. (even with the cheapest stuff)

I don't think I have ever come across this on any menu, but it does look rather good. It's now on the list of things to try.
