The curry night went extreme , Chicken Reaper Volcano
Oil tempered with cinnamon bay and cardamon, 2 dried moruga scorpion chilli pods added, small finely diced onion fried off, 1Tb fresh garlic puree 1 minute, 2 ts mix powder, stir, 1tb freshly ground cayenne, 1/2 Tb freshly ground kashmiri, 1/2 ts reaper chilli , fry, add chef spoon tinned toms, 1 ts tamarind concentrate, pinch methi, salt , base added and reduced , base added reduced, etc
After taste testing 4 superhot pickles it didnt taste as hot as should of , but it was still very very hot and delicious
