Would be interested in seeing a video of you cooking any one of those dishes because form the look of them you have BIR cooking down to a fine art.

The fact there are so many celeb endorsements should itself be an alarm signal. Only a business with massive margins can afford to pay celebs to put their name against the product, and doing so implies nothing about the quality of the product - it's sheer marketing.   In fact the opposite is the case - the more and higher profile the endorsements, the cheaper the base product has to be to allow for the margin to sustain the promotional work. I take it to be a contra-indicator of quality.

Nice to see a curry with plenty of sauce for a change. I was starting to think I was alone in liking as much sauce as meat.

What's in a Gujarati samosa that's not in a standard one.?

It appears to be a rebranded one of these:

Inner pot is removable but it doesn't say if it's dishwasher safe.

Good to hear that Garp. Who needs a fancy dancy electric ice cream maker? Not me.

Thanks Bob. Do you have any other flavour suggestions? The mocha choc was good but next time I'd like to experiment with something else

Bob, in the top right hand corner of that page on Maunika's website you'll find links to her other recipes, categorised according to type (chicken, vegetable, etc). She's a "TV chef" but unlike some others her recipes all appear to be worth making.

There's a very easy solution which is for the site admin to customise the home page via the portal he will have access to so that only posts from the "lets talk curry" and recipe boards show up in the "recent posts list". This will keep LC and Phil happy.
