Hi guys and girls!

Just stumbled across this amazing forum (Looking for a good curry sauce)!
That was about 2 hours ago, Im now in the throughs of cooking a good un!

Ive used Curry Guzzlers base and made the rest up as ive gone along, And it does not taste too bad lol !

Sort of a Madras with a bit of creamed coconut and potatoe in it.

THE ONLY THING IS I THINK I OVER DID THE ROOT GINGER SOMEWHAT(BUT STILL GOOD THOUGH)

Looking forward to feeling ill tomorrow ;D
