I got pointed in this direction by someone on an unrelated forum a couple of days ago, not that I'm a forum junkie:) I would have said im not really a forum type person at all but I've had so much great info and help from over there that I thought id jump in here with both feet.
Anyway, I've been attempting to cook currys for yrs now and have never come anywhere near close to getting what I wanted, the elusive BIR curry (it took me a while to work out what bir meant

) I'm very excited about the possibility of pulling it off and intend to attempt my first one as soon as I get the time, next week hopefully.
