Hi i'm Steve from Scunthorpe.I found a link to this site from watching Julians recipes on youtube.What a great site you have here,i applaud you all for making it such an informative BIR bible.Have tried Blades Chicken Tikka and what a success that was easily the best i have cooked to date.Look forward to many hours of wonderful smells and tastes!
