Saturday night's feast

I had my curry pans out on Saturday.I cooked chicken tikka,north indian special,garlic balti jalfrezi,chicken tikka pathia,sag aloo,bombay potato,aloo massala,cauliflower bhaji,aloo chat,peshwari naan,garlic balti chili naan,2 vegetable rice and 2 mushroom rice.Apologies about some dodgy pics but I had drunk a few beers!!

Dip's mint sauce(the best one) and spicy onions to start us off.

peshwari naan,balti garlic chili naan





The two peshwari naans on the left were done using some restaurant naan bread I got the other night.In fact they were not as good as the others,maybe my dough was better!!

I don't think I could cook that much in one week, even allowing for both lunchtime and evening sessions.  I am truly staggered.

No, one word isn't enough.  What an amazing array of different offerings JB, I bet your house was a very very happy home after scoffing that lot. Everything looks superb and if I were to be presented with that table, I would be a very happy chappy too :D
