I've just watched the Vahchef, been watching him on and off for years, cracks me up and has me in stitches.
He genuinely is into his food.
I'm thinking of starting to try and do a veg curry of some sort
Now seeing the only vegetable I can really cook is a chip this is going to be a challenge. The Vahchef can certainly can sell food verbally. I've got six okras in the kitchen and was flummoxed as what to do with them.
If anyone has a suggestions for a veg curry I would appreciate it, there is so much informantion on here it would be a task to pick one out.

Ive watched lots of his videos but the best has to be Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani.
At 9.10 he actually starts  as it tastes so good  classic

I've made this Biryani recipe a few times and the flavours are great. So fragrant.
Well worth the effort to make a real Biryani and not just fry cooked rice. 

Didn't like the Mirchi ka salan though.

That's certainly one of his classics daddyL, the only time I cry is when my other half insists on cooking.
The chicken drumstick lollipop was a good vid of his also.
I have yet to try anything of his as yet, the passion at the minute is obviously BIR.

Totally agree Frank its well worth the effort
Ive made this twice, first time it caught on the bottom and half the meat was ruined 
the second time I put a heavy frying pan under the pot as he suggested  worked a treat.
Must admit i have taken the easy approach the last couple of times (i don't make it very often)
but its a good recipe if you have to cook for a few friends I should try it again.. anyone fancy a Bir-yani

The key point to note though is that he cooked the lamb on the bone, which imparts alot more flavour to the dish. You won't get that in your BIR version.
