At long last!

Wow!  It is truly amazing what you can find on t'intertnet!  Only yesterday I as looking in WHSmith for another curry book, because I can necer get the taste of my local curry house which I love so much!  I have been hopelessly looking around the internet for ages and them "ping!" up your wonderful site comes!  Truly glorious!  I have learned so much just reading some of the ins and outs.  For ages I was wondering why my wonderful curry book just does not taste the same as the curries that I love!   I will try and make som curry gravy base later this week.  Which one is the best?  And is it true that you use this for ALL curry dishes?  That is truly brilliant!

Hiya Gabi and welcome to our wonderful forum!  I hope you get out of it as much as I have, not only recipes but wonderful people who all have the craving for BIR curries.  What are your fave dishes and what books have you used in the past.  There are loads of base sauces on here and its just trial and error to which one you will prefer!  Anyhow, good luck with it and let us know how you get on.
