I am a retired Ophthalmologist based in India, so I might not belong here, but joined all the same, coz I love cooking.

I would only be taking it all, your ideas, your recipes without having much to contribute other than a report or two about when I cook some of the recipes or curry bases i find here, if I can find the ingredients here in local market.

Hope you guys would be tolerant enough to this "Intruder"

Hi Gulloo and welcome.  Anybody who has an interest in BIR cooking is very welcome here.  We always appreciate feedback on recipes, pictures of people's efforts etc. Feel free to contribute as much or as little as you want.

Apart from not being an Ophthalmologist or based in India Gulloo the rest of it is me all over. :)

Stick around as I have only found the people on here very helpfull and accommodating. ;)
