Got my first set of aluminum pans and chef's spoon today + 300 grams of Eastern Star Curry Powder.....

Pan envy here...

They look the biz, but the next time we see them just make sure there's a damn tasty curry bubbling away!

They look perfect  .. you jammy thing ... I bet you can't wait to crack on with them . Please let us know what you think after their first 'go' .. with which dish will you Christen them with ???

Would the one on the left be considered a wok or are they completely sort of dome with no flat base.
Also do you season these type of pans, I am considering getting some myself hopfully soon as I am spoilt for choice around here.

I've got a couple of Master Cook omelette pans, very good and very cheap.
That big one is interesting, in that it looks more like a Wok style pan.
I'll have to look out for one of those.

Tip - After you've cooked a few curries in them 976, give them a good scrub
and polish with an old fashioned Brillo Pad, they will come up sparkling and
your next curry will simply glide across the pan.
