Another nice vid Sam but alas not BIR and from my point of view inedible because there's no meat in it 

I love the look of your peppers 976bar but zero chance of getting lamb mince here .. bloody shame because I'd love to try all the kebab recipes on here ... I suppose I could mince one of the leg joints I have in the freezer but at Euro 19.90 kg it seems a waste .. I'll just keep admiring from afar

You can stuffing the peppers with anything you like mince , Beef ground ,Tuna,Etc, They are really delicious !.

Sorry Sam, whilst viewing your post I got sidetracked and forgot to remark how delicious these do actually look.
As mentioned they do not really contain a curry of sorts but you have sparked a few ideas in me.

I'm in Slovakia where it seems the only meat is pork ... even beef is considered exotic , thank heavens for chicken breast !!!
