Hi Sam,

Not sure about the prunes or olives and it certainly isn't BIR, but on the whole it doesn't look a bad curry at all. As I have always maintained, if it tastes good then it doesn't have to be BIR.

On another note, I noticed in another thread that someone asked you where you were from, I am guessing you are in the UK judging by the "Essential Waitrose" tin of tomatoes. I know they have a Waitrose in Bahrain, but not sure where else in the world!!

Nice post :)

Thanks for posting Sam ... I enjoyed the video and like 976bar think it looks like a decent enough curry .. I would agree too that if you remove the prunes and olives it would be a little more authentic ( not BIR authentic ) since olives in particular remind me off Mediterranean countries. You obviously enjoy cooking so keep it up !!.    :)

You should give one of the bases from here a bash and do a curry from that ... then you'll see why we're all so mad about that BIR flavour   ;)

If you look at it with your head tilted to the left it looks like a cross-eyed person with a green hooter and red lips!  ;D

So is this the next fusion style - Turkalian masala?
